Hey guys,
I am looking into buying spektrum DX4C and 4 channel receiver for my hpi savage. I just want to make sure that it will work with the truck. Right now I have the old school remote with a long antenna and it has been losing signal so I am looking into replacing it.

I'm sure the radio would be a great addition to your RC. The DX4C is discontinued. Are you looking at purchasing a used Tx/Rx?

Yes it's used. Getting for $100 CAD. Will it work with my hpi savage? I have been noticing i get no response from the truck after giving full throttle it will it run but once I let go the throttle it won't response it just idles.
