Default Plane and Heli guys: Surface Stick Radios?

I was wondering if any plane or heli guys out there preferred stick radios for land. It seems the more im using the sticks the harder it is to come back to the pistol grip. Right now the best surface stick I have seen is the Super EXZES. This thing is SWEET, and is basicly an M11 but converted to stick, I personally think it's awesome, and may be my next.

Sticks for air, wheel for ground. I don't have a problem switching. I'll not be winning any major races, ad run into things often, but I don't think that has anything to do with the transmitter.

My started with astick many years ago, and perfer it to a pistol. The only reason I have a pistol now is that it came with the car. When I upgrade it will more than likely be a stick.

I used to run stick when racing boats. I had better control than with a pistol grip radio. On top of that I needed more than 3 channels.
There's a Futaba 9CAP 75MHz in my closet. 9 channel sweetness.
I'm thinking about using that for my cars, at least try it.

I think you have a lot more control with a stick. Plus they are more intuitive. If you let a friend drive they aren't going to turn the wrong way.

This is the only land based stick radio I have seen that actually has a nice array of features.

Doing a quick look on tower I found several. I think the biggest issue would be rx and servo's, so long as every thing "talks" and responds like it is supposed to you should be able to use most any.
