I've got the nitro version, very fun truck! How much speed you getting out of the electric? My nitro does about 30-35. Have been considering a electric conversion for it but am on the fence.

Hi it's pretty quick I never GPSed it , but I mostly run 6 cell NIMH packs because with lipo it gets real crazy!

Lol ya i thought it might as its turning is already a bit of an issue for that truck. Was worried about the tires sploding on lipo but i figures the rest of the truck would take it.

Hi the tires will handle the speed and so will the truck but you can't bash it to hard because it's kind of crazy for what the chassis is.
I also added extra bevels in my diffs and used thicker diff oil so it works much better now.

Does the electric not have the 3 speed trans on it? looking at pics online makes it look like a direct gearing setup. I wonder why they would do that on the electric only?

Hi no it don't have the 3 speed only the nitro uses the 3 speed because the nitro don't have as much start up power and needs the gears so it can pull a wheelie.
Brushless is instant power.
