I remember that from the mid 1980s, and wanted it real bad back then. It had an insane price tag attached to it and that's mainly why I didn't get it. But now, forget it. There's zero parts support for it, and if you look at the chain drive system and the chain itself, you'll exactly why.
It would be a great collectable if you like Kyosho, so I'd suggest that you keep it, build the rest of it, and then immediately shelf queen it and never run it, IMHO.
Otherwise try and find a 1984 Tower Hobbies catalog and look up the price, and post it on eBay with a buy-it now for what you found it sold for.

Local hobby shop has one sitting on their shelf completely built never run... Been asking $200 for it for a couple of years and no one has bought it... So I would say less than $200.
Build it and put it on the shelf. Maybe you can find a buyer willing to pay more in the future.

i would love to know where that hobby shop is, i use to have a kyosho landjump, and i really miss that buggy.
but i was young and didn't know any better, i sure would love to find another land jump. but that vanning would be awesome to!!

It depends on who's looking at the time of auction but from experience they still sell very well overseas. Offer worldwide shipping and you will get at least $500, A new built or nib landjump 4d (1st edition) sell for $1000 or more

I have an original all metal Integra still intact.. I think the plastic driver radio cover might be missing, would have to look for it some but else it is all there.. OS 21 Buggy RE engine with the S- pipe and quick fill tank lid... Think it even still has a couple of s-148 servos in it ..LOL

Sorry to dig this thread back up. But I sold this item on febay for 900$ and included a tower hobby mag advertisment withit. I have a second vanning that is the full kit ( tower special with engine and the other items to complete her that will hit febay in the next couple of days. I sold 1 of my three vannings here, traded for way over 1000$ in gear. Apperntly collecting Kyosho is pricey.
