Not sure, I don't think so because the hex on the rear wheel axle (this one: http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXGM26&P=Z ) is pretty long to give it the extra offset.. it is from a nitro kit, I believe.. and I don't think they make a CVD that has that long wheel axle, but w/ a short dogbone...

If you found one, let me know! It is one of the improvements that I'd definitely like to make to WW-2! Although I think the CVD might not last long w/ the constant pounding! Mine get wear down pretty for sure!!

I love this little Jeep!!!!!!!!!!! I think i have the most fun driving my ww because its 3 deminsional, I mean a driver figure ,gas can, locked diff. I'll be buying another ww2 by Christimas, i have really big plans for it. Im going to make it a race jeep! No locked diff on this babby, its going to get the low profile treatment, 3 racing short shocks 30wt oil in the front 50 wt in the rear, adjustible camber links, headlights, custom paint job and custom accessories, Bling bling , money aint a thing..........................comming soon.[8D][>:][>:][>:][8D]

Notice the middle picture of the silver WW, there is a rubber ring around the wheelie bar wheel? My WW2 RTR didn't have that??? Does anyone know where they came from?

It is not part of the kit.. I am sure the owner of that WW-2 probably found a small rubber tubing and put it around the wheelie wheel himself.....

I just got a crazy idea. What if we slide some PVC tubing onto the WW wheels and make it a drifter?! My WW2 tips over all the time because of all the traction on it's big tires and all the wheelies. According to Tower the Wild Willy's wheel diameter is 1.9", a very unique size... What if we can find some bling 2" wheels for the Willy? Now if 008's 4x4 project comes through.... Viola!

Hard to drift w/ RWD.. I tried it already... (use electrical tape on tires) But if it is 4WD, then yeah, you can drift it..

I am not sure if Tower's info is correct or not, but sometimes, you can't take that as absolute.. often time there's mistakes.. I thought they are 2.2" wheel.. but maybe they are not.. I am not sure.. need to go home and measure!

What was the problem with tape? Was it that there weren't enough traction to get it sliding or the fronts has too much traction? I want to try PVC's on the Fronts and ABS for the Rears, and maybe go back to 18T Pinion...

Not enough control.. easily looped out.. typical for RWD.. (on a RC, I mean..) 4WD is much much easier..

You can give it a try.. let us know!!

Worked well. Anyway here ya go, not enough light thats why they look blurry,

Oh yeah speaking of drifting... TEX was trying to drift his WW2 in the dirt, looks pretty funny.
