Default locking diff for lunchbox?

Is anyone making a locker conversion for a lunchbox?

I just picked up one today in mint condition, well was mint lmao for 60 bucks. Anyhow, my only gripe is the lack of offroad capability, it could really use a locked diff. Anyone makign one?

On a side note, I absolutely love this thing.

how could it have off road problem with those large semi-pneumatic tires for effortless movement over the toughest of terrain? (quoting the old promo video)

I've seen some people using jb weld but I'm not sure if it's the same with the LB's diff.

Do you really want to lock it?

You can convert it and install a ball-diff inside [8D]

That's what Idid with my old Clod. It just hurts your turning radius, but the hot glue can be removed fairly easy.
