Default 10S car ESC for the power hungry racers

I posted my review of a [link=http://hamdrl.org/index.php?topic=304.0]10S Car ESC[/link] for the power hungry guys [link=http://hamdrl.org/index.php?topic=304.0]HERE[/link]. You can use this ESC in the 1/8 and bigger electric dragsters. It's rated at 120A@10S lipo. It will also work in the 1/8 scale truggies, buggies and onroad vehicels. I'll update the review sometime next week with all programming features the Car esc offers.

That's the famous Lutach ESC. Made for people who want serious power capability in their rig.

bigwill5686,

Let us know more about your set up? There might be another option that will make your Electric Top Fuel fly.

The 10S will be too much and too big for what you are looking for. It's best to use the other smaller 200A continuous beast. That controller is made specifically for speed runners and dragracers. I did a review on that one and I only have one warning...invest in some beefy batteries.

Right now its just a rolling chassis, but I am planning on a low turn brushless with a 6 or 7 cell a123. But I am unsure of the esc to use with that set up

I have used my 200A ESC with 6s A123 with a 4800kv medusa motor. That same ESC has ran a 2.5T and 3.5T on 3s2p A123 with no problems.
