TT01 carbon reinforced gear set
All new TT01E kits (latest releases) now come standard with the carbon reinforced gear set similar to those upgraded gear sets available for the M05 and FF03 i.e. black/grey in colour.
About time hey!
At least they will last a little longer especially when running a BL setup
I unfortunately cannot find a link to this but they are included in the kits!
....actually it is the whole set so the 61T spur and ring that holds the pin in on the spur is also carbon reinforced!
This is really cool and now means that you don't have to get the racing gear set right away....unless you are racing or need the ratio for a particular motor setup. Sadly the pinion gear is still the crappy soft aluminium so will not last long.
Still this is an improvement over the older set and big up to Tamiya for making this change....will surely keep customers coming back!
