Default something small to drift

I recently posted about the mini-z awd as a drifter and I received wonderful responses; however, I now have another question.

Which should be a better bargin... a mini-z or a micro rs4?

Thanks

If you're looking for bargian .. a NRX-18 would be the one.

I got mine done to be a 1/18 drift car almost a month now.

In fact .. here is my TRIO ... I like them all. For the bargin has to belong to the NRX-18 as the kit is good price.

Got your PM and sorry for the delay.
I got mine at the lhs in HKG and not so sure who is selling this NRX-18 in the states.
I've been searching but no luck other than to find mostly HKG on-line dealers.
In fact you may ask any of the Kyosho dealers about this car as they'll handle this car in the States.

If you can't wait then just go with one of the HKG on-line dealers that they will charge the S&H charges about 17-25 bucks.
Try [link=http://www.rcmart.com]rcmart[/link] or this guy ... [link=http://www.precisionrc.com/nv/car/product/details.is?x=y&cat_id=156&product_id=25944]here[/link] ...

Try to compare the price between the NRX-18 and the XRay M18 as the two are very different in the finished quality. NRX-18 comes as prebuilt car, M18 is a kit.
One thing I need to tell you now is at first I was dissappointed on the quality of the NRX-18. The plastic and finish were just fair and surely will not suit for speed racing condition. The whole car was no smoothness at all and I had to disassemble the whole thing down to the ball barings... oil and grease them ... reassemble them all back. Then after all the works it became a nice little car. But make sure! don't crash it into any thing as the plastic chassis isn't tough as the XRay's one. There is more people .. in xmods, you need the car ($60 depends on store), AWD $ Bearings (roughly $30). that is the bear minimum to drift. but you might want the drift tires or like abs pipe.

I have the evo stang and lancer-get the lancer for drifting indoors-mustang for the driveway.Drift tires are 5 bucks now. the lancer is a medium size chassis much better for indoor or smooth surfaces. I was a big fan of 1/10 trucks and cars. Have had a few people to get the xmods now and they love them.
