1, 2 and 3) Tamiya TA06/RSector carbon conversion with front one-way, rear direct coupling.

4 and 5) Losi JRXS Type "R" using two different compound tires front and rear, which puts it's performance halfway between 50/50 and approx. 1.40 CS. Front one-way, rear locked ball diff and Yeah Racing underbody light kit installed.

6 and 7) First edition run Tamiya TA05 VDF CS'ed at 1.60 with front one-way, rear spool, Eagle Racing 1.60 CS kit installed.

8 and 9) ABC Hobby Genetic "Naked USR" (apparently now discontinued) modded for drift with front one-way, rear spool, and some electronics re-arranged Using two smaller air LiPos wired in parallel) to balance the chassis and lighten it.

All chassis use 17.5T sensored BL systems, Spektrum RX/TX and Spektrum S6070 Lo-pro servos.

Pictures look great. Your cars are super clean and the wiring is wired so clean and organized.

Yah, I'm a stickler for proper wiring. The worst thing I can think of, is a chassis with wiring that looks like a rat's nest. Cut wires, shorts and burn-outs are too easy to happen with loose wiring, and upper-level chassis should have the best wire routing one can make for it.

Hi there, I notice in your pics you have tyres on the front that have angled sidewalls and normal profile tyres on the rear, does this do anything for handling or is it purely for aesthetics?

thanks

I'm supposing you're talking to me, since those are my chassis

No, the profiles don't make that much of a difference. It's the compounds. They are the difference. The rear tires on my JRXS-R (the one to the right, in the first pic) are of a harder compound than the front wheels, which make it drift like it's halfway between a 50/50 and CS chassis. An interesting combination, but works quite well.

ah yes of course they are! I miss read the page.. I like the look of the angular tyres and it means the shell can sit a bit lower too and keep the wheels nicely tucked in

Hi there, Thanks bud. It is an HPi sprint to flux. The body is a Vaterra 69 Camaro RS. I'm from SA and having trouble getting a counter steer pulley set. Just waiting on My LHS to get back to me on whether they can order it for me.

your car looks wicked bro. Is there any difference with the alloy wheels when driving and are they heavier or are they just more durable?

eBay would be the obvious answer, but there are dozens of outlets that do this kind of stuff, just google search and lots of choices come up
