Will you two quit! You're hi-jacking threads and making RCU look like a bad piss fest. Ok, now count to 10 and give it a rest.

If I remember correctly, KC was saying someone he knows was running a large car with a 35A esc. Now I don't know how valid that is, but yes, it is pretty well known a large model like that will most likely eat the ESC for breakfast if it has any kind of power behind it (the motor, and volts).
But, running a 35A esc in Stampedes and such, I've seen members who do not have issues as long as they run the recommended mild brushless motors with them, on 2s lipo only, not higher.

Ugh. Stop it, people. All of you.
yoyo, ThunderbirdJunkie has a 3200kv 3650 Tacon motor in his buggy. It's not bad...it's pretty quick, runs fairly cool, and it's not afraid of being geared tall. It's not very fast...but the 4300 should be a lot better for that.
Here's the 3650 Tacon you're after:
http://www.hobbypartz.com/96m22-car-3650-4420.html
like was said earlier, that one you linked is too small...28mm diameter can, which is what you'd put in a 1/18 truck.
The 4420kv motor should rock the house with a 20-22t pinion. just make sure to get a temp gun and for the first few runs keep an eye on the temps every five minutes.

Enough of this guys, I've removed a few posts and don't want to have to do another round. Act like adults and behave, it's not hard to be polite and respectful.
