Default Shock Oil/ Springs

So, which is more critical. I know both shock oil and springs are important, but of the two, which is most important to start off with?

Let's use the popular SCR class for example. For the racers out there who actually make it to the winners circle. What is the most used shock weight and springs used for AE products?

Thanks!

Default RE: Shock Oil/ Springs

i would say springs cause it helps hold the weight of the vehicle, once you figure the springs, then oil to help it absorb the bumps, and slow down the shock
