Anybody seen these ?
Spending way too much time on the internet looking at rc stuff and you will eventually find all kinds of interesting things.

These motors look to be copies (clones) of Novak motors ?
Im not one to shy away from chinese products, Lipos, Hobbywing speed controllers (which does not copy anyone)but I dont think I have ever seen a more blatent rip off of another companies property.
I bet Novak would like to see these.

RE: Anybody seen these ?
odds are whoever makes motors for novak just released some under thier own label, or sold it to someone else.
most of this kind of stuffisn't actually made by the big name companies. they just design stuff (sometimes) and get bids from manufacturers (in china) to make the stuff.

I thought Novaks products was made in the USA ? Funny thing is by the time you get it shipped here you could buy a Novak motor lol.
Novak-developed brushless motors are completely rebuildable, hand-wound at the Novak factory, and are sensored-based for maximum performance and reliability.

looks to be more feiago stuff to me, they have had several sensored systems in the past, they make more than 10 differnt style escs for something like 17 different companies worldwide, probably 30 or 40 companies have brushless motors made by feiago under a different name. Novak is not one of them.

Oh i see, it's a blatant rip off because the can has ridges....
it looks similar so it must be identical...

Not just because the can has ridges. In my opinion it is suspicious looking at best.

How about we wait until somebody actually USES one before we pass judgment. I remember people saying Hobby King was nothing but junk.

Check out this chart,(says Balistic on top) it even mentions compatibility with Novak systems, so this could be a novak clone. They look allot like Balistic motors.

RE: Anybody seen these ?
There is a thread on another forum that discusses these with comments from an engineer at Novak.
Also just a little info, Novak makes their own stuff, NOTHINGis made by some other manufacturer and relabeled Novak. If anything, these Inix people copied a Novak motor.

RE: Anybody seen these ?
I would believe this motor is just a copy.
In my opinion Novak makes excellent motors and the Ballastic is one of the best.
But there is one of these Inex motors coming to the states and will be glad to open it up and compare them.
