stampede or slash
saved for either but not sure wich to get
the slash is cool but i think i want more off raod so im leaning to the stampede
is there anything else i should look at in the same price range and capability`s?

In just a few weeks, the HPI Savage XS Flux will be out, and you can get that, plus a couple LiPos and a charger from Hobbyking for your price range.
Just sayin'.
The same (only better) features as the Stampede 4x4.

I own a Slash 4x4 and it's a very capable truck. A Stampede is nothing more than a shortened Slash so why not take advantage of the longer wheel base. If you want additional ground clearance simply buy the Pede wheels and tires off Ebay and you're good to go.
