If I were you, I'd ask rc4wd about them making a demo video. For $2400 I would want to see what I'm buying in action. That said, they definitely put a lot of work into it. It actually has a working hydraulic system![X(]

That thing is insane looking. It weighs..... a lot.

At this level of RC why RTR though? I'd consider it maybe if it were a kit.

It does not cost $400 to ship a 100lb thing.

It cost ThunderbirdJunkie $250 to ship his 80 lb bumper from Colorado. And it wasn't insured for $2,400. In all honesty, $400 is a pretty good deal on shipping on this thing.

On the other hand, ThunderbirdJunkie's transmission for his Toyota Paseo (which weighed like 50 lb) only cost like $75 to ship from Texas on a pallet. But again, it wasn't insured for $2,400.

yup got to also add in its UPS air which costs more than ground, and shipping on a pallet
so shipping sounds about right if you factor in the way its shipped, weight, and insurance

If your spending that much on a "toy" what's another $400 to make sure it gets to you in one piece...

I tried that angle too... No luck.

They are working on it. I'll keep you updated as I get more info.
