Firestorm flux problems
I just gotthe newFirestorm Flux (with 4800 kv motor and 2.4 GHz radio)
The first problem is that sometimes it has a glitch (for lack of a better word) when you pull the trigger. It almost seems its not giving the motor enough power but if you let off and pull the triger again it works fine.
The second problem is my lipo's, I am using it with my Gens Ace 5000mah 2s 40c lipo's. I have been using them in my Stampede 4X4 VXL for about 20 runs and have had no problems. When I used them in the Firestorm one of them quit working, I still have power (3.74V) at the balance plug but not on the main connector. I assumed it was just chance and the battery went bad. I put in a second battery and the same thing happened. Im not sure what would cause this.
Any idea's?

RE: Firestorm flux problems
This isn't what i wanted to hear, as I just ordered my New Firestorm yesterday. If you just orderd it I would just get ahold of of HPI as it comes with a 1 year warrenty and just have them replace it. Better then fixing something that was broken and may possible brake again when you can have brand new .

RE: Firestorm flux problems
The "glitching" seems to be normal sensorless motor operation.
What is your LVC setting? If it's out-of-the-box it's probably 3.7v/cell, which would make the speedo say YO DAWG, NOT GONNA FIRE UP, THAT BATTERY'S LOW.
Charge your battery and try again.
