South Florida Dirt Devils Offroad Club. Delray Beach, FL
For those that don't yet know. There is a new track coming soon to Delray Beach for outdoor offroad r/c racing. South Florida Dirt Devils Off Road Racing club invites you to West Delray Regional Park.
The address is: ENTRANCE: 10875 Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida 33436
Directions are: Head west on Atlantic Ave in Delray until it ends, the park is on the right. Pretty easy huh?
The club will race Sundays and the track will be open to the public Monday - Friday until dark. Club memberships will be available for $45/yr. Membership fees will include one free race day and discounted race fees.
This track is being designed with 1/10 scale buggy and truck, 1/8th scale buggy and truck and Short Course trucks in mind...
Bring your ideas, bring a shovel, and prepare to get in on the ground floor of a great racing club built for fun, fun and more fun.
While you are at it, check these guys out:

You think you have fun dirt oval racing? These guys have FUN dirt oval racing at Southland Speedway. Doubt it? Ask Jeff Maturo of RCTVLIVE and Jeff's RC studio. He and the Russman traipsed all the way from Naples to Boca to race with this club. I bet they'd do it again too.
In all seriousness, the oval club is where the offroad club gets its inspiration. Check out the oval club at the same address listed above on Saturdays. Get a feel for how the club is, race once if you feel like it. Then, some on by on Sunday and lets get this offroad ball rolling.
Thank a bunch!
Huge thanks to those that came out to work yesterday morning! We managed to build a section of pit lane and part of the second section. Hopefully the city will deliver our clay sooner than later. We have lots of building to go and need all the help we can get.
As you can see from the photos, we have almost everything we need to build an awesome track. Just as soon as the county parks department finishes another project they're working on, we'll have tons of clay delivered courtesy of them.
Dan has ordered the MyLaps counting system as well as a bunch of transponders. Please PM me for more info on them.

Just two of the many pre-built 6 x 10 stand sections we have:
Our supply depot:
All of our coping, and the rest of the stand sections. One or two of the sections will be dedicated to the computer equipment and pa system, at least 30ft worth will be driver's stand, we'll have a 16-20ft waste-high pit lane, and a handicap accessible driver's area.
Eastward view. She's gonna be a big'un! Get ready for 30 second 1/10th lap times! 5th scale events anyone?
