I have a venom 4 cell lipo 3 charge to 4.2 but #1cell is only reaching 4.10 at full charge. Is this thing gonna be junk soon? Is it safe to run? I'm running e buggy w/ $1400 invested I really don't need a fire!

I think it is going to be junk soon. It may or may not be safe to run.

It won't catch fire, don't worry. However, it is on it's way out. You can try reviving the cell, by using the balance lead to slowly cycle just the bad cell on a 1 cell charge cycle, you may be able to balance it out. If that works, it may be fine. Usually this spells the end of a pack though. I would pull that pack out of my car a little bit earlier than others if I were you, but there's no reason to stop using it yet.
