Help Identify This Pan Car & More "pics included"
I think its a lynx, not 100%
Its 1/10 scale
pics
And this is why I need to know who makes the car
Broken, I also need to know where to get parts if anyone knows
This car is for my girlfreind, so I would like to get it done a.s.a.p. to get her hands off my TC3

I looked at associated's site but didnt see anything that even came close to resembling it.
associated was my first guess since it came with my tc3 from an ebay member.
I think my biggest problem is that I really dont know what some of the parts are called, do you know the name of that broken aluminum piece in the front?

It looks like a TRC Lynx II Elite to me. They made it in regular and LTO format. The standard had a single shock.
Seems like there were several cars back then that used that same front end. Only problem with it was that a good shot to the front end caused the axle to rotate in the holders changing the castor angle.

i can tell you that is most defiantly not a lynxII not a single part on that car looks anything like my lynx II even though i have the standard single shock in the back
Looks more like an associated car...however i would not doubt a lynx front end will fit one there....but good luck finding one they stopped production a long time ago hence the reason my lynx is now more of a shelf queen

McCalister pan cars used that style front end. It is definitely not an associated car. The front end, rear pod, and chassis are all wrong for any era associated.
I still have some of my old McCalister parts laying around here somewhere (including a new front axle and blocks). If you could measure the length of the front end from spindle to spindle along with the bolt spacing on the mounting blocks, I might be able to help you.

Couldn't he just get a new style front end from a New L2,L3 ORL4. And put it on the car? Would be easier, better tunning options and cheaper probally.
