Who has a Vaterra Khalahari?
I'm getting the itch for a 4wd. Most of the ones I've looked at are the 1/8-scale. But dang those suckers are big! (My "pit space" ain't that large)
My LHS was given a Vaterra Khalahari as a "store demo model", and the owner took it home for a few days. Apparently, he likes it a lot! I'm interested because it's about the same size as my Evaders. The LHS says the chassis and drive train are pretty good, even if the body is kinda ugly. I'd probably put a Subaru body on it anyway. I'm just looking for anyone who may have had one for a while, and wonder what you think of it?
