Kind of.... Well tamiya make a rally car chassis as a kit and have a few different skyline bodies and so does HPI.... ABC hobby even has a r30 and some skylines from the 70's
biggest problem is most of the late model ones are V-spec skylines so they have a very low body kit... Might require a lot of trimming to achieve a stock GT look.
Check out this link for some old school skylines.... Just cut the front spoiler off for more clearance

im 99% sure both the Tamiya DF01r and the XV01 come out with evo bodies
