The Sandman cometh..... ( AKA WTH is a Holden HX Sandman Overlander....?!! )
I use to own the sedan version of this car back in the day but never realized until a couple of years ago that a 4WD version of the wagon, ute and sandman was also available as an 'after market' version.
My first scratch built body...! Been working on it for a couple of weeks now.. I wanted to make some progress on the nose panel first before posting any pics as I think this will make or break this build..lol!
This is what I'm hoping to accomplish...but the version I'm doing is with the single headlights....

Small Update!
made some progress on the hood / bonnet ! On a try to complete the tops of the front fenders and where they connect to the front stone shield tonight!
Made some adjustments to the front stone shield as well...also made the nose panel detachable, at least for now, so when I start working on the lights bumper and grille, I can do so comfortably...lol! Also I won't mess up the hood and front fenders as it will be detached...

I don't think a chev monty carlo looks like a kingswood at all. there is similarities in the headlights and grill but the similarities end there

Ohh..I got a small update!
rounded and smoothed the upper front fenders...small adjustment to the outer ends of the nose panel. Also figured out where the lights and grille will go...

Bottom of the fenders are done...will not complete attaching the stone shield until the grille bumper and lights are in....tomorrow I'll put the cowl panel in and then attempt the bumper.

Hey Preston, the bumper looks great! You have quite some styrene skills!
One thing I was wondering with RCUniverse pics hosting, can you use a direct link with IMG brackets to include the pictures in the post, or must you always use thumbs? Let me try to do the img bracket and see if it works:
