Thumbs up hobby sites

What r some good sites to visit, the only ones I can think of is tower and horizon.
Shopping around for a servo and brushless motor.
I've settled on the hitech 5625 and hobby wing 3400kv, however I'm not sure if I'm 100% on going brushless. I have however decided on at least 3400kv or lowest turn rate of 10t. Just deciding on brushed or brushless since I want to be able to go in water. At least passed my Baja claws deep not to the roof. The Baja claws have 2 holes in each tire so I need to plug them.

Those are usually not my first choice, but are defeinely great places to buy. In terms of overall product offers and great prices, you can't beat RC Groups and RC Universe. Wattflyer is good too, but far smaller in scale and in offerings. You can almost always find what you are looking for at either place, the prices are generally lower than what you will find on Ebay.

Express RC Hobby, if you don't mind slow as snail shipping. Seriously, I ordered stuff on Monday, and it still hasn't shipped.

How about shipping?
I know eBay offered free shipping on items however if u look at another item sometimes u see the item that u pay for shipping is cheaper and the one with free shipping is more expensive but I've found items that are just as low as the ones u pay for shipping as the ones with free ahipping, if that makes since?
I.e. item =20$ w/5$ shipping
Item =25$ free shipping OR item =20$ free shipping.

rc hobby shop: hobbyease.com, very new shop, opened last year, but they're doing discount on servos and motors. Seems we can get up to 25% discount on these products.

https://vortexhobbies.com/ I've never ordered from them, but prices look decent. Free shipping on orders over $99. 8^/
They have what looks to be comparable to that Thunder AC680 charger I always recommend, for a comparable price too.

I've got a racers edge charger. A little one that charges through the bal plug.
I ordered a hackmoto evo 10.5t sensored motor. Look it up, it sounds pretty impressive. Only thing is its only in Hong Kong.
All I lack now is a servo. I might need to get new gears foe the diffs but idk yet. There's no problems with them, just don't know how they will hold up. I'm only using a 2s lipo though. I've got a 3s but that's for my exo

Anyone have experience with http://banzaihobby.com/ The prices seem too good to be true.
I've been buying a lot of stuff off of Amazon as I get the prime shipping for free.

Sheldon's Hobbies; RC Planet; Nitro House; HobbyTron; Hobby Warehouse; rcMart; Phil's Hobby Shop; DealMetic; Stormer Hobbies; RC4WD

I went ahead and cut/paste sites from above post to ease navigation and added some that I have bought from in the past (Sheldon's, rcMart, Phil's, Stormer). The others I use for comparison/research. DealMetic has a brand of LiPos that I'm using at the moment (Hunger/Vortex) and I use the site to judge prices for my eBay bids.

I'm not following where you're going with "subs" and "bump in" from your post? What site can I get subs for my ride? Just kidding.

I've had good luck with eBay. I buy everything new though, except my wraith that was used but it had everything upgraded for 50$ more than rtr cost.

I'm an eBayaholic! All my models (to the left) were purchased/won on eBay. All my parts/radio gear/servos/motors/ESC/LiPos/chargers were from eBay. I buy ink; pool supplies; washing machine parts; xbox games; water filters; clothing; perfume; cologne; shoes; cell phones; scopes; etc. etc. etc. on eBay. If I can get it sent to my home cheaper than me hoping into my truck and running to a store.....awesome!

Martin, I'm sorry you dislike eBay a lot. You just gotta tell eBay about the problems you are having with a seller. I have gotten the wrong item a couple of times, but I blame it on overseas workers carelessness. In the end I have always gotten money back, and kept wrong item, or got resent the right item and got to keep the wrong item.

I have been buying/selling since Nov 1 2002. Ebay always backed me up if I had issues. If I'm buying used stuff, it's my responsibility to read and ask questions.

If you have any doubts, just buy from sellers that have a return policy.

Thanks RustyUS. But Receiving the wrong item after 25 days waiting or longer,I'm very depressed.
I have no strength to wait another 25 days or more and expect the seller to resent the right...

Ebay is good, just has a mixture of good and bad sellers.
