Without more detailed info I doubt anyone would know exactly what to tell you.
If it is exactly like you wrote then simply go get another (new) fastener (screw) and replace the stripped one.

Think he means he stripped the hex, and if so...

Drill out the screw. If that doesn't work, get a cheap hex key that you have 2 of or something, place it in the socket at a right angle, and fill the hex with solder. Let it cool and then try to twist it out.

Best trick - Take a dremel with a cutting wheel and cut a slot across the head of the screw. Then back it out with a regular screw driver.

with the lack of tools I installed the hex key and a drop of superglue.. it was messy but it worked.

I have removed a bunch of stripped allen head screws with small torx bits. Find one that is JUST barely too big, tap it into the Allen ALL the way, & turn it out.

One thing too that helps with stubborn hex head bolts is to heat them with a soldering iron (before the head is messed up) the heat will liquify the locktite and allow the bolt to come out... I have used this many times for dis-assembly.

I'm going to try soldering or use super glue. The screws are in extremely tight, I have a bruise on my hand from trying to break the thread lock. I decided to grab the hex driver with vise grips and twist and that stripped the screw. Thanks for the help everyone!
