Try having the front be a little lower than the rear and do it by shock mounting position not by preload on the springs. The front end is going to rise due to acceleration and aerodynamic lift so having it set lower while static should reduce wheelies somewhat. The angle of what is left of the wing should also be looked at to make it as neutral as possible.

After these long past couple days, relubing, greasing and trying to fit gears on the buggies. today i had a chance to try them.
The D8 is still incomplete, i still need a RX, which i will get locally and connect it with the 3PL. everything else should be received shortly.
The Vorza, Lowered the front suspension from the shock tower, I got only 1 wheelie on the whole Runs i did. its very smooth, fast but need to measure the speed. overall it is better than before.
The Hyper, after relubing the diffs, and lowering the front. and repaired a leaking shock. It is perfect! still i have to measure the speed.

Thanks man. I should take a family pic and post it
Although it was a bit disappointing that the Bevel gears did not fit either of them.
I'm still debating on the D8.. should i go for an off road set up or on road like the others.?

Well, you have 2 offroads already, right? Why not make this one onroad? Also, I'd like to see a family pic! Maybe some action shots, too?

Received these today

I installed the front and rear skids but not the mudguards. I'm afraid they'll mess up aerodynamics for speed runs. or wouldn't they?

Nice collection! The D8 isn't going to be any faster than the other 2 buggies if you set it up for high speed, so I'd keep it as more of an all purpose basher. Plus 1/8 buggies are tough and perfect to hand over to newbies, if you tone down the power of course. If I was you I'd stuff a 4082 or 4092 1600kv in it, gear it for 55-60mph on 6s and have at it. I had a similar setup (5s Castle 1518 1800kv 55mph LX1e) and it ran cool even through tall grass on hot days, endless power and your already running 6s in the other buggies so you have common batteries for multiple vehicles. Just my opinion.

actually I was thinking the same. I wanted a buggy to bas it everywhere.
the other day I was looking at the new motor I got for the D8, Black Top Secret, and I was like.. Naah. So I ordered a Chinese 4082 2000kv motor. Ill gear it down to the stock gearing and hit the dunes.
Till now what I got for the D8
Rc-Monster conversion kit
HB Ezrun max6
Futaba R2004GF RX
The "Fire Wolf" 4082 2000kv
will reuse the stock spur and maybe a 20-22t pinion
Will install those mud guards on it

what else to look at?

It is a SAD SAD day for me.. The Hyper SS ESC blew up!
It was my fault, I was testing the motor timing and I did something wrong, although, I was consistently monitoring the esc/motor/battery temp. And Boom!
No big deal, already ordered the burned parts, Body, side/mudguards, Esc will be using the one I already ordered for the D8, a HB EZrun.

On another note, strangely the mudguards wouldn't fit the D8.. Just the Vorza. different control arms? not a big deal.
The D8 is almost complete, just missing a few parts. It will be my bashing Buggy. I installed the Rc-Monster kit it fits well just its a bit overpriced for what you get.

The Vorza, I messed with the tires alignment the other day and it was a mess! at full throttle the car goes sideways. got it back to stock alignment and it was a little better. A setup station is on its way. Also it received a 32t center differential, but still I didn't try it yet.

The Vorza is almost done. did the setup, it was a mess, although took it back to stock recommendation. Also relubed the front and rear diffs, went a bit lighter. i will see how it turns out.
D8, is fun to drive, but it needs velcro for the body. I might change the diifs oil since it was meant to be for on road use, now its a basher.
Hyper, still waiting on new parts and gears, might turn down the spur to 40t, by calculation it should perform better than current gears setup.

WOAH! That looked bad. At least it didn't engulf the whole car in flames.

Yeah thank god!
It might be for the best. The car is almost done now. I received the esc, it was supposed to be for th D8 but the Hyper will have it. Its an Ezrun Max6, it looks amazing, tried it and updated it software. The car seems more responsive, smoother. Now im just missing the body and side guards.
The Vorza received +8mm hex drives. Now it has a wider stance, along that i did the caster camber settings and changed the shocks oil. Also tried it, it might need more settings, just waiting for the setup station to arrive.
Tomorrow im going camping for the weekend, the D8 will be put to trial in the dunes. Hopefully everything will be fine. I installed the vorzas original spur, 46 or 48t i think with a 25t pinion.

After the incident, the Hyper is almost done. Just missing some soldering and reinstalling everything back.!!
The Vorza, after long nights of working on it, it didnt fix. still tail happy, front left tire was getting off. A friend suggested to check the chassis, and yes! it was the chassis!!! got her a new lightened chassis and i just need to try it now.
the D8 is dusty! lots of fun driving it, installed the Hypers original wheels/tires.

I got the Tenshock motor X802L V2 2200kv 6poles, dunno if i should install it on the Hyper or not. i might do a comparison this weekend.

The Hyper will receive the HB Max6 ESC

Nice! That Tenshock might work well for the Hyper SS.

It was a fun day, some runs, some drag racing and many accidents

For myself, i lost 2 wings, a tire and scratched one of the front shocks. My hyper was the star of the day, with 3 different motors.

my gears are 25t/35t

1-
Brand: Top Secret Racing
Kv: unknown
Heat: ESC 32C / Motor 51C
Max speed: 137kph

2-
Brand: Fire Wolf
Kv: 2000
Heat: ESC 47C / Motor 68C
Max Speed: 122kph

3-
Brand: Tenshock X802L V2
Kv: 2200
Heat: ESC 42C / Motor 59C
Max speed: reached 124kph but was loosing throttle due to a bad connection from soldering

All runs were on 3 different 6s batteries / 3.7mAh for 120meters. Each motor had 3 runs.

in drag racing 30 meters (i think), although we were all over the place, going sideways. the TSR motor had a 2.713 time, the Fire Wolf had a 3.07, the Tenshock lost connection at the time.

Had a chance today, after the long past 2 weeks at work, to use my Team C setup station. If the Vorza doesnt go straight i'll give up on it!
Fronts camber at -2 .. caster at -1
Rear camber at 0
Also found out that i switched the F/R diffs by mistake.. might be the reason why its so tail happy..?
will give it a try tomorrow and see what happens.

Bent the Hyper's chassis by hitting the drag sensor the other day. I already have a new one on the way. Will be more careful next time

tried the Vorza today. its much much better than what it was, but still it either needs more adjustment or the tarmac where i do my runs isint straight!

1st run

2nd run

3rd run (lowered the punch control to lvl 1)

I was happy with the results, until it wheelied and bent the rear shock tower. i just hope the chassis is fine.

Anyone has any ideas where i could find the rear pivot plate at 0 deg for the vorza?
I found some for Kyosho but not sure if they would fit.

-Found the M2C Racing rear toe block for the D8, which adjust to 1 Deg. ordered it and will post results as soon as i get it on and run it.
also got my hands on 500k diff silicone fluid, and did the center diff. it is supposed to perform better. will see about that.
-Drove the D8 in the dunes last weekend, lost the steering, i first thought it was the servo, but it turned out to be the steering arm. Overall performance "just perfect!". Got those paddles in the rear, a sand fountain. had to reduce the throttle down to 70%.
-The Firestorm did also a great job, those Proline shocks really add to it at jumps. with the 5700kv i had to keep it on 2S. im getting it back to the 4000kv sometime this week.
-The Hyper is still awaiting the new chassis. also received the Hyper 7 diffs which are 13/43 vs 11/43 which goes from 3.90 to 3.30 ratio.

Also im debating on getting a Neu Motor, but hesitating, because after 4 emails i still didnt get any answer from them about my technical questions. Wondering how the customer service would be if anything goes wrong.

Enjoying my cars everyday, but it seems the motors are loosing power? or is it the batteries?
its really puzzling, i used to get at least 130kph with the Hyper, then it became 125ish, and the last time 116kph was the best.

The Vorza on the other hand is doing great. As a compliment to her performance, i got her a new body

chose a somehow weird color..

first attempt of stickers..

Naaah..

Lets keep it simple..

You could very well be tiring the motors. They're running flat out like that for very long. Batteries like LiPOs don't normally die so suddenly like that. Also, check all the bearings in each buggy.
