Default Rustler - Aluminum hop up Recipe

Hey all,
So I broke the stock springs on this truck after landing a pretty small jump. I'm looking to replace with better springs and hopefully upgrade some other plastic parts. I attached some pictures but the entire suspension is stock.

I've heard so much about how you need to have a healthy amount of plastic on an off road truck. I normally run this on a dirt track with a few small jumps. Can you recommend which parts I should upgrade to handle these jumps a little better, including your favorite springs? As you could see, I also race my cousins on road which is why I installed a wheelie bar so I'm interested in keeping some plastic so it's not too heavy. If you have links to the parts you recommend please post so I could buy right from your link.

I bought the Proline Powerstroke for my Firestorm. They are originally for the Slash, but they fit perfectly. they might work on the Rustler.

Front: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXYWT8&P=ML

Hope they work for your application because they are worth every penny.
PS: i filled them with 35W shock oil and they perform well.
