Traxxas Bandit: 2wd, brushed rear motor buggy, about 2 lbs. I put this EZrun system in a similar platform. Does 40mph all day on 2S Lipo. (Get yourself an IR thermometer to monitor motor temps, and adjust gearing as needed. I dropped one tooth on my pinion and temps stayed consistently below 150F.) You don't want motor temps to get over 180F.
Get a Gens Ace 5000mah 2S 40C Lipo while you're there. And you'll need a good Lipo charger like this one that I have. Love it.
You'll have to buy some Traxxas connectors to put on the ESC and the battery. OR, you could get a Traxxas-connector Lipo HERE. Even better.
