Default Body not fitting

I have a rc10b4.2 and I got a castle esc+motor combo. The speed control has a few holes in it (sidewinder) instead of wires to connect to the motor.

This is a problem because the motor wires are longer and stick up when plugged into the esc, which means the body doesn't fit.

If you look at a reedy sc600 and castle sidewinder, you will see that the bullet connectors are loacted in different spots.
on the new esc the motor wires stick up when they are plugged in which the b4 body cannon fit over. I would rather not drill holes in my body because I would want to keep out all the dirt and sand from my battery/electronics since I bash pretty hard.

Any solutions? Thanks!

I would make myself some low profile bullets with a Dremel tool. Cut some of the bullet and solder the wire laying across the top of it.
