Default Brakes question

i have a truggy converted to brushless and when i got it , the previous guy uses mechanical brakes. I cant set up my radio futaba 3pks fasst to work. Now i just want to take that off and use brakes from my esc. Do i just disconnect the disc brakes and replace the clutch bell to just a mod 1 pinion?

You dont need the clutch with electric . The clutch will disengage when the electric motor slows and you wont be able to brake .
Just get the Mod1 gear . Looks like the motor mount will give plenty of adjustment to line up the gears .
