Any Okey B-L WaterProof Combo for Slash 4x4 on Budget, Max 200us/euro ?

My old Slash 4x4 needs new Brushless Combo
Waterproof
Im Bashing
Lipo 2s 50c
I want a faster combo also.
Wish i Can Drive with 2s almost that fast like the original Velion Combo run on 3s /3500kv
I also have 1/8 buggy wheels 17hex. i Think i need one 1/8 Combo
I believe i need atleast 130a Esc 140-150a Esc is better i think,
Budget is 200-220 US/EURO
I saw one 2100kv 1/8 combo waterproof cheap. This is maybe very strong combo, and dont go fast with only 2s? I need change Gearing maybe? More Tooth on the Pinion? ?
