Default My touring cars (Schumacher Mi 2, Losi xxx-s)

Well I thought I would share some pics of my tourers. One is a Mi 2 and the other is a Losi xxx-s.

The Mi 2 I just got lastweek from a member on RC tech. IT came to me in prestige condition except for missing a few things like the servo/antenna mount. Thats why I have some highend duck tape from speedtech holding it on. The xxx-s I bought new and have basically converted it to a G+. The only parts that are missing are the aluminum cvds and hinge pins. I call my xxx-s a "G+ and then some" [8D]

Nope. As far as I know you can't get a 2 speed electronic.

Last of them.

Just a wee update on the M2.

Aluminum knuckles, titanium turnbuckles, alloy battery posts, pdub bumper, and the low shock towers.

That Mi2 looks very much like a pro4. Nice lookin' set up! How do you afford all those awsome trucks and cars?! Everything you have looks insanely awsome... Keep up the good work[8D]

carbon fiber and graphite are basically the same thing. often times the graphite is put into another plasticc(in the rc world) to strengthen it. In r/c, they are both pretty much the same other than for looks. it can also depend on what is in it(kevlar, fibreglass, etc.). in the rc world, its mainly about looks as we all know.

WickedTxT - how did you get that carbon fiber look on the hood and wing?? is it a decal, or did you buy the body painted or what??

When the xxx-s rtr II came to me its a bit of a dog. SLow as hell because the motor is crap. I swamped out the 24 tooth pinion for a 22 and the motor still got almost just as hot when it had the 24, and by hot I mean HOT! I haven't gotton around to it but I will be putting another Monster Pro in the xxx-s (I love that motor )

As for the carbon fiber look on the saleen body its all paint.

Most of you guys I have seen this but I thought I would post some pics of the TC4 here.

O and yes these are all my cars and the pics too. But I am selling the MI2.

I have a XXX Graphite Touring Car, its an awsome car. The best thing about it is i got it for $80 bucks assembleled and all graphite. I was at a race, and one of the guys there sold me it. Turns out he is a Lawyer lol, know wonder i got it so cheap. He through in tons of extra parts for it, i mean tons. Springs, tires, bearings, outdrives, etc. This guy also gave me GP 3300 cells with the car. This is the best deal i have ever got out of RC.
I now race all the time with it. This Sunday we are racing. There will be a modified class, no limit. Its called run what u brung and hope you brung enough. Im running a D6 8X2 with my gp 3300 cells. The D6 hauls....

concerning the electric 2 speed thing.....i just came across this on ebay....It doesn't look like it would work in the touring cars, because it adds length....but maybe for some other vehicles.

who knows if it works or not...I just though it was interesting enough to share. [sm=bananahead.gif]
