oh and tower does not seem to carry ezilla spares. Horizon does not ship overseas(cant seem to find spares there either). Those uk shop links on page 9 hav rediculous prices! These are holding me back from the ezilla too!

check the 'unofficial hb ezilla' thread. i posted a short list of 6-7 shops [ebay included] that carry ezilla parts. atomic ebay store [usa] and rcmart [hong kong] have the cheapest prices.

argh! why didn't i think of rcmart....They only seem to have the kit which they say is Aaasembled(god noes what that means). here's the link.
http://www.rcmart.com/catalog/produc...ducts_id=17591
I am hoping for the assembled one with the 3300 packs. If the above link is for the one excluding the batt, esc,tx rx and motors, i shudder to think how much the RTR one wd cost on rcmart...

Yea, i do not think rcmart carries the ezilla rtr.(just rechecked) That kinda brings me back to tower with the 45USD ground shipping.

it does. both versions went out of stock last week. the prebuilt is re-stocked, and the rtr should be restocked through the next 1 or 2 weeks.

yeah from what I have heard the E-zillas are more durable. somebody said they should make an E-Revo...theres a vid on google video that someone put an HV-MAXX on a Revo and that thing flies...I'd buy it

...To Denmark? Check with ModelSport UK and see how much they would want for shipping...THEN check Dinball..and try to get the ARTR because it comes without batteries and propo..needless weight if you are shipping long distance...

...yessim...But you might find it doesnt have enough OOMPH for your needs...Many of us are using much bigger, much more powerful fans...

...But you are right in thinking its needed...Some of the more popular choices are one big 60mm fan over the motors, as we have found that two small ones arent really getting the job done, and one 40mm for the esc...

then your slipper clutch is horribly adjusted...probably locked...

yes, they fit directly.
however, your slipper clutch is the problem. even if your driveshafts won`t break, something else will if your slipper clutch isn`t adjusted properly.

the slipper clutch doesn`t waste any power other than some of the the initial torque. if you set a slipper clutch correctly, then your truck should be able to do wheelies on demand while the drivetrain is 100% protected. a correctly adjusted slipper clutch could actually make a vehicle accelerate faster, due to traction stability.

I have an E Maxx and it runs like a tank. The only area that needs anything upgraded is the front end bulks and bumper 'cause of the way I bash, burn, rip, tear, jump, thump, churn, gouge and wheelie. I'm rough on my E and seldom do I need to do repairs. Any monster will suffer damage 'cause of offroading. The Traxxas E maxx is a fine monster truck. If it was junk, I wouldn't own one!!

i was wondering what company makes good aluminum bulkheads for my e-maxx, because i've gone through two rear bulkhead pairs on my e-maxx in like two days! some companies im thinking of are rc-solutions, dynamite, hardcore racing, and powerline. if you know any other good bulkhead companies please tell me because the stock bulkheads don't work well with me.

i forgot to ask about the hacker brushless twin c50 motor setup. does anyone know how much torque and rpm these motors have compared to the stock ones, and can the hacker brushless esc handle both motors?

Read this thread from the beginning, its all in there, except for your last two questions, there is no "correct" answer, different people will give you different opinions, but again, its all in here, you just have to read.
