Im just wondering here, but why is this in the electric forum? I dont think there are many guys running 1/8th scale electric buggies in this forum. I think the buggy forum would like this better.

Venom Racing is looking for 50 Team Associated B4 drivers to try out our new body. This is a limited offer to the first 50 people who reply to [email protected] . Give us your mailing address and tell us where you race. That’s it! You will get one free 1/10 scale B4 racing body sent to you ASAP! Once you try it tell us what you think and how you like it.
Our new body is designed to fit the B4 chassis. In the near future more chassis will be covered but for now it’s just the B4. Please don’t reply if you don’t own one.
A word of caution, this body produces a significant amount of down force so your suspension set ups will be different. Dial it in and hold on!

All of the bodies will be shipped around November 15th and you will be notified after the iHobby Expo show at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

I gotta see that one a body making more of a difference? come on they are pretty small and current bodies arent exactly bricks lol. Sounds like hype to me i could see if the went 100mph or had a larger surface area, for me to get first instead of second i'll stick with tires and motors

LOL I read that its for 1/8th scale and all I could think of is just the nitro buggies. It does say in the first post that its 1/8th scale and not 1/10th scale just so you know and the b4 is 1/10th scale.........

Please take a closer look. What we are in fact saying is that the design philosophy behind our 1/8 scale is the inspiration for our entire line up. Its just the begining!

im sorry but i hate venom products they all stink like their batts and motors now bodys. i think that this is a bad deal and why just B4 why not BK2 or T4 and MF2 is there going to be truck bodies or not. this isnt meant to be bashing im just asking

How in the heck is FREE a bad deal? Are you retarded or just pissy the don't have a Losi body ready for testing yet? They don't have any other bodies because they are still in the stages of product develpoment. I thought that was made pretty clear in Venom's posts.

The bodies used on TC's can make a big difference in handling...so why not on a buggy or ST?? You don't know unless you give it a try. Besides that...its a free body, so it won't hurt to give it a try. You never know it may make a huge difference.

Guys, let's try to keep this thread on topic. What Venom is doing here is great, don't ruin for it everybody just because they are not giving away a body that fits YOUR car.

All of the top classes and chassis will be covered so dont feel left out. The BK2 will be covered, just not with the exact same body design thats on the B4. The BK2 has different design needs.
We still have B4 bodies so hurry while supplies last!

Seriously guys...Venom should be commended for what they are doing. They are really reaching out to the R/C community here. They don't have to do this...they are doing it as a show of good faith. All they are asking for in return is honest feedback. I would like to thank the people at Venom for giving the members of RCU the chance to have some input on the development of a new product. It shows they value the enthuisist's opinion....nice job Venomous.

Venom Racing could be giving these bodies out to their team drivers, but instead they are giving them out FREE with FREE shipping to anyone interested. That is a generous offer and shouldn't be looked down upon. I wish I still had my B4. Venomous, will you guys be making a TC body? Would love to try one for me TC4 or even for my Revo.

Id really love to see a body that fits my rusty but still allows me to use my buggy wing. That would make me instantly buy it as long as it looked decent and wasnt rape priced.

Nope not a hoax. We just moved our company to a new and much larger facility last week so we where out of touch for a few days. In the next few days all of the emails will be answered.

meh the buggy bodies dont look that great, the truck one isnt too bad, but, then again who cares what it looks like if it improve how the buggy handles. they are kinda reminissant of a 1/12 pan car body(except the truck).
