Default Associated pulse? or Associated flash?

Hey guys, i been outta rcu for a long time now, and im soon acquiring a rustler from my friend.

I havent been here in a while, i guess you could call me a veteran

So my question is. Actually- several

1. Whats better. Single motors, double?, triple? quad lol?
2. Which of the 2 motors would have better torque/acceleration. Im looking for really good top speed, + good acceleration. ( I wanna try and keep up with my friends nitro rustler )

Heres one of them.
Flash- http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJZM8&P=7

Pulse- http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXRT66&P=7

I noticed the flash had ball bearings, where i think the pulse has bushings. Thats definately a plus.

Out of the 2, i know i might have to compensate, would be better for over all performance.

ANyone wanna estimate how fast that would move a rustler, which has been upgraded with ball bearings in the wheels?

I used to know everything about electrics, but ive lost my touch now. <-- Loser

Thanks for the input.

The flash is an exelent motor.I have no experiance with the pulse so I cant say anything about it.The things with doubles, triples, ect. Those are your winds, the more the faster but less torqe.I get get something in between liek a 15 Double.Youll give that smelly nitro a good run.

^ Thanks, appreciate the help.

What kind of speed do you think i could get out of that flash 12t double. The rustler has been upgraded with ball bearings in the wheels to replace the bushings. 6 cell 3000 battery. What about run time?
