Need help to identify shocks....
I bought a rustler off of the net from someone and it is suppost to be here today or monday. Anyway it has bright blue aluminum shocks, he didnt tell me a brand or anything. I will post pics of the truck.

They're Ok shocks. Like most things Duratrax, they have a tendency to leak.
They are a step up from the stock traxxas shocks, but not the greatest.
From the looks of your picture, they have leaked all the shock oil out ( common, and explains why the pre-load collar is comressed all the way down.
If they're dry, you need to pull them, and change the shock shaft o-ring, and then re-fill them. For whatever reason, they're bottom fill shocks, so they can be a bit tricky when refilling them.

They could be old Traxxas shocks.......Traxxas used to use blue anodized shocks that were very similar in design to AE shocks and they were top filled....The Traxxas Blue Eagle Truck used them.

those are not threaded shocke either, they have a preload collar like the xxt losi shocks, but those were hard anodized, not blue
i would say traxxas, but a clearer picture of them will make it easier to tell what they are.
