Default Motors

I'm really new to the whole RC scene and I was wondering if one of you could explain what turn means with the motors e.g 19 turn 15 turn I keep hearing it but I have no idea what it means.
Thanks, Rob

Lower turns should mean more speed, but sometimes it doesn't. Don't be fooled by the 15T Fireball or Havoc motors for around $20.00. A good 19T is faster. If you want your 15T (or whatever) to perform like a 15T, get a good one.

Happywing is right, those cheapo motors DO NOT perform. I have personal experience with this. The B.S. 19T that came with my Losi RTR is just as fast as the 15T havoc in my buddy's truck. Don't waist your money, get a decent motor first...

35$ would get you a Reedy Quad mag or a Chameleon 2pro ( two of my faverites) both 19t's that are way faster than alot of 15t's.

Hi,
The Technigold is a 21 turn motor. You can find all the stats for it here. http://home19.inet.tele.dk/martinjor...ors/motors.htm
