Default Which First Car?

I'v been flying r/c planes for several year but would like to get into r/c cars so I could have something to due during the winter months. I'm looking for a fun on-road car that could possible drift around. I want something better than the Tyco cars but dont want to spend more than around $175. Thanks for the comments!

Pick up a used Associated TC3. That'll keep you busy for a few months.
