the rustler because i have one . Also because i have never drove a pede . but i could have purchased the pede but chose the rustler .Due to the fact that it had a lower center of gravity . To me that meant that it would do better on a verity of surfaces . With out as much changing around of gears, tires, and things like that . that is just my opinion.

Stampede all the way man. You can never go wrong with a stampede. They are higher so they have more ground clearance, they are durable and they can go more places than a rusty. I have an associated rc10t and a stampede and I drive the stampede more than the associated.

Traditionally, stadium trucks are racers and monsters are bashers. But the rustler is a crappy racer. Both are very tough but the stampede has more ground clearance so it can go through grass a lot better.

Dont get the rusty. If you really want a stadium truck, then get an associated t4 or a losi xxx-t.. even a duratrax evader, but not the rusty.

you so wrong the rustler is a great all around truck for the price. and the parts dont break no where near as much as some of the other trucks you mention do . IMO.

*The rustler is a better basher than the associated or losi st's but stadium trucks are not meant for bashing, monster trucks are.

then they need to give the rustler a reclassification . like the bst= bashing stadium truck or,stb=stadium truck basher
heck i dont know i just love my rustler . and would tell people to get one if they want a tough truck.[8D]

Definately a Pede man. Take a look in the video section on here for mine or Gunnut's video's to see Stampede's bashing

Bigair has got a couple cool vids of his Rustler bashing too though, so its your choice. Which truck do you like better?

Well your the stupid one a Rustler can take just as much as a Pede the only difference is that a Pede is a Monster truck with an higher CG and a Rustler is a Stadium truck with a lower CG

Well the Stampede and the Rustler can be changed into the other one for about 40$ in parts. They are the same truck just the pede rides a little higher

Rusty all the way! I love my rusty my friend has a pede and even he wishies he had a rusty! the only part of the pede thats higher than a rusty is the middle because the front and rear suspinsion are the same their fore the actual ground clearence is the same! I also think with big mashers and a monster body the rusty would own the pede and be lighter!

Very true. They are the same truck. Same stock motor and ESC, same magnum 272 transmission, basically, you can buy rustler parts and slap them on your pede without knowing that you chose the wrong kind. It's all up to you man. Basically, it comes down to an issue of what looks better. Just the stampede has a little more clearance and height. And in my opinion, the stock pede body is butt ugly.

Because of all the torque the motor against the mass of the truck, and any good brushless system would solve all wheelie needs ask f150dan! hes taking his good system out of his pede because it wheelies to good! so wouldn't the rusty be better thier to?hehehehehehehehe

Stupid? Dawg, relax!!!! The pede and the rustler are basically clones of each other. Just ones a ST and ones a MT. The only advantage of the pede is the higher CG, so it can pretty much go anywhere. The rustler is limited to its terrain...well some of em, depends on the owner and the mods. But the rustler can be abused just as much as a pede and take the same beating.
