Has anyone tried the Dynamite Tazer 15T Forward/Reverse ESC?? I was thinking about buying one for my pede with a 15t titanite.

It's pretty new so not many have it yet. I don't think it is a really good one but for the price it probably isn't bad. It's like 29 bucks isn't it?

A 15 turn limit means that your can use a motor with 15 turns or more. For example, 15, 16, 17, 18, etc, etc but not any lower than 15

I got a Tazer a while back, i think it was a 20t, tossed it somewhere when the reverse went to only full throttle after a week.........you get what you pay for.

Their was recently another thread about the 12T, but... I have one in a Lunchbox that runs a 19T motor that's pretty overgeared. I haven't had one issue with it. It's a GREAT ESC for the price. Is it a top of the line race ESC, no. Is it a very good and affordable sport ESC, yes. I used mine all of last summer and some this winter and I love it for the LB. I wouldn't put it into one of my racers probably, but for anything that I just bash around with I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

i have a question about ESC's, if you take a 15t ESC and a 17t motor, wont the motor overheat and burnout because the esc is producing more watts than the motor requires? im not sure how that works.

No, The esc should run cooler and the motor will only pull or produce so many watts anyways.

I have a 15T Tazer in my daughters Rc10T3 with a 19 turn motor. She runs wide open for like 10 minutes straight doing doughnuts in sand. The esc doenst even get warm. I do have it geared right though she has a 17 pinion on it.

I dont have a manual for it though. Can someone tell me how to get it in race mode with no reverse?

It doesn't have reverse lockout feature.

ESCs don't produce watts/amps. Its just basically a "switch" that controls how the energy gets to the motor.

He was looking for a manual for the Tazer. I'm not sure where mine is, but if I come across it I'll hook you up with the info. I must say though, I'm not sure the Tazer 15T has a reverse lockout "race" feature on it.
