Onebaddude...man you don't know what you're talking about. Now I'm new to off-road, but I've raced onroad for years. And its the driver and setup...most of the so-called top cars are expensive be cause they already come with the lighter stiffer grahite parts and are highly adjustable. But if you setup ANY car correctly and know how to drive you can beat ANY other car. I ran Associated bacuse it was the "IN" thing and the LHS supported it. They laughed when I asked about HPI, but 3 months later when they got their butts kicked by one it was all the sudden a raceworthy car. Same with X-ray and anything else. I've even seen a guy come pull out a 7 year old Corally and smoke every factory driver in the race. (and I mean real sponsored drivers for AE, Losi and Schumacher) If you like Losi fine, they're great kits, but don't knock any other car. Because if that guy setup his car correctly and knows how to drive it, he'll dust every cent you put into your BK, B4 or whatever. ANy kit is like a canvass, its up to you what you do to it to make it a masterpiece. And for whats its worth, I just got a BX Pro and I love it and have "Surprisingly" not broke anything yet and I've jumped over my Dodge Truck. FYI...I must give a lot of credit to the "Evader Coalition" for helping me setup my ride properly from the jump.
