Default Official E-Maxx Thread

Just going to see if i can start something. The offical E-Maxx thread basicly do what all te othe offical threads do. Questions, comments, videos, pictures that sort of thing. Well i decide i did nto like my nitro monster truck and i am going to sell it or trade it to get an E-Maxx so if you want to trade it is listed in the classifides. WHat are the weak parts on the truck and what is a must upgraade? LIke to see some videos to what is a good setup and what is stock speed?

I'm his friend and the only part that has broken was the rear bulkhead but that was jumping 12+ feet in to the ait and landing funny and a shock shaft bent. Other that that its a good truck it has amazing acelleration. Some upgrades that WILL be helpful are some alloy bulkheads or the 3.3 ones they still break but it took a lot longer and a better body the stock one was bashed into 2 halves and a stronger servo but thats not nessery.

LoL, you can never have enough "Official Threads" Besides, it prevents a whole bunch of the same questions posting all over the forum. But, some people dont even take advantage of the threads.

I do think official threads are useful, although i do think threads like the "brushless powered associated" thread is way to specific.

It might be the fact that you made it a getto single speed I would say replace the gearbox since it has that hole in it.

ok well I decided not to buy the big bores as they are kind of pricey ($65). Instead I bought some 70wt shock oil and will run a 4 shock setup. My shocks have the aluminum caps so I don't think they will break and I also got the revo rod ends so that they won't break either. The other 4 shocks will go on my TLT. I also ordered the aluminum chassis braces from integy (blue) and one black RPM shock tower for the front (already have the rear so I decided why not replace the front too!)

Does anyone have or heard of the 970 motor conversion for their emaxx? If you have it is it to much power and is it too much for the stock drivetrain to handle?
