I have the mamba max 7700 in my stampede and it is a great product.I like to play with the throttle and brake curves. There is alot of setings you can change with the usb port.Whatever system you get you can change the settings to your needs and what you have.

Two words , LOVE IT

I've got the 7700 and the 5700 , they both rock. So smooth trottle feel compared to my GTB's. Might just sell my GTB's and buy some more mamba's.

Hey Cheech! I was doing a search on the MM and found this announcement from Castle([link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_5332218/anchors_5332218/mpage_1/key_mamba%252Cmax/anchor/tm.htm#5332218]concerning the MM 6900[/link]) on the boards.

Easy rider that is exacltly what I did. I ran a Novak GTB 5.5R in my XXX-T for about 3 months. Then I felt the need for more speed/power. I bought a Mamba Max 5700 and kept the Novak on the shelf just in case. Well I just sold it on Ebay a couple of days ago. No more waiting for lights to blink and losing count of how many times they do blink. Now I just plug the Mamba ESC into my computer and adjust everything by the click of a mouse. Besids that the Mamba Max 5700 on 3S lipo is out of this world fast!! Now I am waiting for the Mamba Monster Max to be released so I can drop one in my E-Maxx.

Hi Boystoys,

I will sell my GTB's I thinck. I have one that's in the United States at the moment for replacement ( broke after 4 months of purchase ) and sell it brand new in box , it will sell for good money.

I'm happy with my Novak systems , don't get me wrong , I have like 5 of them and this one's the only one that broke but I just love the Mamba Max , soooooooo smooth , fast , reliable , universal , .... you gotta love these systems because they are GOOD.

Knock yourself out. It's cheaper to get it from tower though, $212 (tower) to $241 (£129 rc direct), and shipping ain't too much.

182 $ is the cheapest I've seen so far. I bought mine on ebay for 197$ wich isn't bad because I bought them as soon as they were available months ago.

Anyone seen them cheaper ? ... going once ... going twice ... SOLD !! Man , if it keeps going like this we'll get them for free with a bag of potato chips.

I wonder how they can sell them so cheap , even the almost 5 year old Novak 5800 system costs more and the MM is soooo much more versatile.

They go cheaper because they lost a huge majority of their sales to BPP.

Plus if you add another $21 dollars of stuff to get to $200 you can use the $35 coupon, 010TF. It is like getting $20 bucks worth of stuff for free...plus an additional discount on the kit.
