Agree.. do wish things are cheaper.. but I guess that's why it is a hobby.. not really a commodity where there's tons of replacement that everybody / shops / companies will compete in price until there's no margin left..

Too bad for us!! Since there's so few of us!!

One thing I don't like is when you have problems or break something, and I have problems affording things that I REALLY want to get, such as a carbon fiber chassis for the rustler.
It's hard to get expensive stuff when your only 12.[:@]

I hate waiting for the batteries to charge. I also hate dumping $300+ into my e-maxx to get it to crawl, and then gettin bored of it because it isnt fast enough. I love putting $20, some inginuity, a mamba 5700, and some time into a truck and getting something wicked fast and different. Oh... and I also love the look on the kid's face who just blew $500 on a Revo as my mamba powered HPI MT drives past it.

I really hate waiting for those batteries to charge.. So much downtime!!! Nitro is so much easier, just fuel up and go!!! .... jk i hate my nitro. The ofna force .26 motors suck!! so do generic batteries!! I want to sell all of my crap and buy a gasser. My high school sucks butt too! All of the teachers are retarded... well most of them, and they dont teach you nothing except that its ok to be lazy. Man America sucks, if I lived in Japan or somethign, I would be a freakin genius because they force their youngons to actually learn stuff and get good at whatever they do instead of giving them the option to fail. Thats why Americans are so stupid compared to the rest of the world because we are given a choice. Take the easy route and fail, or try hard if you want to (but If you dont want to try hard then thats ok too) So a lot of people take the easy route and people who are actually pushed to achieve more by either their teachers or their parents actually do excell in life like pro athletes, govt officials, and other highly paid professionals. Try harder students! more like try harder teachers....

anyway I just had to get that off my chest, thanks for reading this.

Darn Limeys. They make incrediable cars. Then they have the nerv to charge me for the parts I need after their wonderfully engineered parts fail when landing nose first off a 30 foot (9 Meter) tripple. In other words I finally broke my TTech 10X. Good thing I have a spare chassis.[:@]

However I do thank God that Lucas dose not supply the electronics for those Limey cars I love so much. Thank God for the brake up of British Leyland other wise they would be makeing the RC cars from the isles.[&:]

Seriously what I hate is the complete lack of reconidation ROAR gives to new technologies. Other than that I really love everything in this sport / hobby.[:'(]

Prices, especially on simple things... like screws and hardware. Gah.
Oh yeah and then at least $5 shipping.

Things I dislike:

-The fact that most ESCs and other electronic equipment doesn't come waterproofed directly from the factory.
-The fact that RTRs are becoming more common than build it yourself kits
-The fact that I'm complaining about a hobby that I love so much.

I fully agree, I like driving in the snow and I hate worrying that my electronics will fry.

Nah, unless you flood it, they are usually pretty durable..

Here's my Mamba Max and Trinity N80 BL setup after a snow run.. ha, maybe I shouldn't take any more chance from now on.. hee hee..

Messy car, Boxer! LOL I ran my Bosscat in a gritty/wet gravel lot, and your dirt pic reminds me of that. Cleanup was a chore. I love the offroading, but not the cleanup. [&:]

Another R/C "hate" - I hate it when I order something online, and accidentally order something twice (didn't take it off the wish list). I now have a second Ultimate car wrench coming from Tower - D'oh!

Yeah, I guess that's another thing I don't like about RC.. the CLEAN UP part.. ha!!

But see, I went through all the trouble and risked messing up all the fancy electronic, just so I can provide a pic like this for you guys' amusement...

I know, I know - I would have even caught it if I looked over it closer before sending to you. I just didn't want to bother you with it again, esp. with a large order like that (many many parts). Plus my PayPal balance is 0 now, so I couldn't xfer the paypal $$ without a fee, etc.

I just went for it. And goofed! Heh.
