Default Buggy owners (zx-5, dark impact, X10, xxx4)

Could you guys post up some measurements for the width of these buggies and specify where it was measured? (axle stub to axle stub, wheel to wheel, etc. Thanks

248mm wheel to wheel (measured from the bottom of the front wheels while its on a pit stand - its widest point.) This is from my DI.

Hope that helps.

So a bit under 10". I'm just wondering why the DI looks so much wider than the rising storm when in reality it's less than a centimeter difference. Also, I want to know the popular racing buggies measurements incase I ever wanted to make custom suspension.

the DI looks wider because the body is narrower, thats why.

No thats not even where my eye focuses. The suspension arms appear longer from any view.

I wouldn't base a judgment of width on a measurement from wheel to wheel because the wheel nut can be off center, the wheel width can vary, etc...
IMHO, the best measurement of width would be from one attachment pin to the other.
