what do you guys think of this ebay car and what would i do to get it ready for racing and general use when i get it.

you need a new motor if you wanted to race spec then a nineteen turn or if you wanted to race stock then a 27 turn and probably some new batts wouldn't be a bad idea but those aren't bad for starting out with.

Not a bad deal, but you can count on the "untested" esc being fried.

I'll second the fried theory. As far as the rest of the package goes it seems to be worth bidding on. The T3 is still a competetive truck, and parts are easy to come by.

I race a T3 FT and its AWESOME!!!!!!!! I don't see how anyone could break this thing! Its the toughest and best handling R/C I have ever had!
I have been running mine with a Novak SS+ 13.5 Brushless system, HS-985MG and Matched GP3300 packs. IMO Its better than the T4 FT (Thats why I got it)

it's a solid truck from my experience but you never know how much abuse and pain this thing has suffered. But I think it's an awesome starting point.
