Default Gearing/overheating

Hey everyone. I was wondering what kind of gearing you guys were running without overheating? I'm currently running a Trinity CO27 in my TA05. I have been having trouble keeping the motor from overheating. I currently have a 6.7:1 ratio but even when I was running the stock(7.16:1) it was getting pretty hot. Other than the regular heatsinks, what works well to keep the motor temp down?

Default RE: Gearing/overheating

can't answer the gearing questions, but this helps cool down engines pretty decently in my experience.
