You can pre-order kits right now through your local dealer (prefered) as almost every hobby shop will have an account with MRC or you could order one on amainhobbies.com. Support your track or shop if at all possible though.

Of course it looks like a Losi, Kyosho, AE because it is. Same layout, nothing has changed. Can't wait. Hope its at the worlds.
I guess companies copy the other companies to find out which chassis layout works the best.
Looks like a cool looking buggy though dont get me wrong.

This has been the basic layout of 2wd buggies since 1984 (RC10) but to think of them as the same design isn't too realistic. Anyone who's driven both a b4 and a Losi XXX know they have the same layout but use entirely different settings and they drive very differently despite their similarities. This car will be no different. Team driver Dave Alberico is running the first production sample and reporting Losi like stability with B4 like steering response. Having driven both B4s and XXXs for both of those reasons I can't wait for my GV2!

Hi Eman77: Being that MRC is the US agent for Academy vehicles we only deal direct with the hobby stores and online stores. You can purchase our products through your local retailer or amainhobbies.com or stormerhobbies.com

What is the name of your local hobby store or track??

Hi Davey, thanks for the response.

I don't have a local track, nor a hobby shop I can think of. The closest hobby shop worth a darn is probably 40 minutes away in Elmhurst IL, called Al's I think. But I doubt I'd go there often. So I shop online a lot, usually with Tower (but I'll go elsewhere for sure).

If I were to buy an MRC, I'd look at the sites you listed, so thanks for that. I'm not ready for anything now, but I do like what I see from MRC. Plus, there seems to be a million Losi and AE buggies around now, trying something different is appealing to me. (Hence, the vintage Schumacher Bosscat I picked up and run around with now).

LOL you REALLY need to check post dates. He is the RC Product Manager for MRC...I think he knows where MRC buggies are sold. AND his post saying the name was from over a year ago before it even came out.

I am looking to get rid of this sbv2 pro truck. It will be sold just like the picture shows except for with a hard plastic yellow wing. Please note that there is no center drive shaft, but it is very easy to make one. Let me know if anyone is interested. Thanks for your time!
