Default abstucted signals?

ive been useing my car for about 3 days and everything is great with it apart from one thing,

everytime it goes about 20feet away the signals from the controller seem to get there slow because ill tell the car to go forward and it will instantly, but then on it own will decide to go full throttle for a split second after which has made me crash a few times[:@] is it the esc, or the controller.

thank you

Slo-v told me to make sure the esc and motor leads are away from the reciever, I guess the esc and motor leads cause static for the reciever.
