Looks good. Do you have a link to the motor?
I need a new one for my 1/8 scale conversion. Trying to decide what to get.

It's a generic Chinese Hobbycity motor, 36x60x3000 kv. Right now it seems very slow on 3S. It seems every project I do starts out very slow, I can tell in one short run that a 1/8 scale buggy can be very fast and handle great. I do not nessecarily recommend this motor, it was just my first choice.

On an 8th scale I would run nothing less than 4S for lipo and no less than 12 to 14 cells NiMH.

Yes, that's the exact one I used. I'm excited, my second run with this buggy makes me look like an "expert" driver. It sticks to my small track like it's on rails. It is much faster now that I paralleled the batts. It sure isn't my fastest vehicle, but can definately take twice as much power and actually use it. [sm=thumbup.gif]

I may go up to 4S since I'm using the MM and that's the max I ever run on the MM. This thing is great. I'll bet I'd really like a "real" 1/8 scale buggy with a MMM system. I nearly bought a Asscociated buggy with electric conversion , but just couldn't stomach the $1000 it would cost. This deal here is less than half that.

Cool -
I think when you modify or build something yourself, it makes youy aprreciate it more. Glad you are having fun with it. Also glad to see you finished it. The pics look great.

Do you have a video camera? If so post a video.
