Do you just need a 12 volt powersupply to power your charger? Or are you looking for a brand new charger all together that plugs into the mains?

If its the former, you can go to any electronics supply store and buy a bench top power supply, just make sure it can handle whatever current you want it to. A good one with all the safties shouldnt cost more than $200 US unless you go crazy and get a totally lab quality one.

Alternatively, you can use a computer power supply, just jump the sense line to ground in the ATX 20/24 pin connector and it comes on without the software function. Then you can just tap any of the 12 volt rails. Computer power supplies use very high frequency switching choppers so you can pull a fair amount of current out of them without the voltage fluctuating at all.
